For years I believed working for a "name recognized real estate company" was the only way to succeed in our profession.
I was brain washed into believing the "Company name made me who I am as a professional". It took me years to realize how very wrong I was. Sound familiar?

I had to pay huge franchise fee`s that would literally run into thousands of dollars each year.
We recruited a team of 12 agents,and were required to pay the desk fee`s for each agent every month.

The cost to operate the team was staggering.
My Broker never once gave me a lead during our 5 year tenure.They were our landlord who leased space.
Their business model is based solely on fee`s or desk space.

Forget the fact we generated for the company Millions of dollars in sales,they were compensated a percentage of each transaction.

I had to hire two Full Time assistants although the office employed a staff of 3.
The Franchise had fee`s upon fee`s.
Each month I kept looking at my commission check wondering who I really was working for them or me?

One day it finally dawned on me! I asked myself what the heck I was doing and decided it was time to form a company in which Realtors were able to earn 100% commission and pay a transaction fee of $395 on each closed sale.

I became a Realtor because I wanted to test my marketing skills and idea`s.
This is a business for entrepreneur's who want to be independent.
Our hard work generates business for the company we work for,not the other way around.

Majority of times we as Realtors must pay for our own marketing, I don`t have to tell you what it costs each month to advertise in Real Estate Publications or what it runs to keep a web site.
If you`re like me you`ll pay for PPC (Pay-for-Clicks) which can cost you thousands each month.
You`re under the gun day in and day out.

We formed Florida List For Less Realty,Inc. 3 years ago.
It was our belief , offering a 100% commission split to Realtors without the hassle of desk fee`s,franchise fee`s, or office fee`s.

Our opinion is "Realtors want to work, they want to be rewarded for their hard work".
Hence, the company is based on a simple concept of "Realtors,selling Real Estate".

We`re not a franchise,which means we don`t pay royalties to a National Company".
We have 3 offices located in South Florida,Orlando and Ocala.
Our goal is not to "Teach you how to become motivated or more productive,the 100% fee structure are for those who are motivated and have the ambition to do as they please,providing they abide by the rules and regulations of the state of Florida.

Why the 100% commission structure?
Many of our Realtors form teams.They can recruit other agents knowing there are no additional fee`s.

Others like to work alone or part time, some only concentrate on a referral based business which may happen once or twice a year.
With other 100% Real Estate Offices they charge you a monthly fee, we don`t!
